Almost all users experience the new user tour popups when they enter Canvas for the first time, but many of us also get that popup every time we login.
I understand it is looking for cookies, but with cache issues being a problem at least once a week, cookies are purged. We need an option to turn off the new user tour popups manually, either at the individual user level or on a systemwide level. At an individual level, perhaps the option would be in the Profile settings. On the Admin level, it could be housed anywhere that makes sense, perhaps on the Admin-Settings page.
