[Account Settings] Reordering Terms drop-down list

It would be great for Admins to be able to reorder the listing of Terms and how they appear in their drop-down list.

For example, I want to be able to drag or reorder the list so when I choose them for a course, they appear in this order:

2020-2021
2020-2020 Semester 1
2020-2020 Semester 2
2020 Summer Placement
2020 Summer
Class of 2024
2019-2020
2019-2020 Semester 1
2019-2020 Semester 2
2019 Summer Placement
2019 Summer
Class of 2023

Instead, it's a jumbled mess due to when they are created.
