Problem statement:

As Canvas administrators, we want to be able to see what applications have been enabled and used in which courses over a given time period with a simple click. For example, we want to be able to get in touch with those instructors who have enabled peer review in an assignment, and we want to report on how often discussion posts have been used in a subset of defined courses. Right now we can't do that. With the API, we can only get information for individual courses, and Canvas Data doesnt seem to be able to provide this simple self-service either.

Proposed solution:

Allow account admins to easily research what applications have been enabled and used in which courses over a given time period.

 Intelligent Insights can solve most, if not all, of the things you mentioned.

With LTI Usage, you can see the number of LTI launches for all LTIs in the account and then a breakdown of the specific LTI, number of launches, unique users, sub-accounts enabled in, and courses enabled in. I believe that you can get the other data points you need by using Ask Your Data.

Intelligent Insights is an additional product with an extra cost, but I encourage you to connect with your CSM for more information.
