[Admin Tools] Course folders

Problem statement:

Root Admin have hundreds of courses. It would be really helpful to be able to sort the courses into folders.

Proposed solution:

Create an option to put courses in folders.

Thanks for your submission! Based on what's being asked here, I've identified a theme that I think this would fit well with. It's called Save Admins Time and Clicks. I've associated this idea to the theme.
