[Analytics] Account analytics for all semesters

Hi,

In Canvas there is not possible to see the trend in overall page views and thereby monitor the usage of the plattform.

In account anlytics the page views are divided into terms and this does not represent the total amount of page views.

The easiest way to solve this i believe is to add an option in the term drop down meny that say "all terms".
