[Analytics] Grading Periods Filter for New Analytics Reports

Problem statement:

The New Analytics Reports do not allow for reports to be run for specific grading periods. I would like to be able to run missing work reports, late work reports, etc. for only the quarter that we are in not just for the entire year.

Proposed solution:

Allow a date range or grading period filter to the New Analytics reports.
