Learning coaches/guardians/parents want the ability to see if and/or when students have looked at each lesson/page/assignment and how long they spent on each item. New Analytics allows the teacher to see at least if/when the student clicked an item but not how long. It is also not something that the observer can see. I teach at an online-only school, so it is imperative that observers have full knowledge of what their students are or are not doing (and when).
Improve the Observer View to include New Analytics. Improve the analytics to include how long a student spends looking at a page. Quizzes show how long a student spends in that--assignments and pages should as well.
