Problem statement:

When adjusting announcement release dates, instructors must first open the announcement for viewing and then open it for editing.

Proposed solution:

Add a pop-up window for the release date of announcements to the three-dot menu of each announcement on the announcement page. This would allow quick updates to the announcement dates with visibility to the dates of other pre-scheduled announcements
