When a teacher add a new announcement by default it is sent to all sections. When that teacher has limited access to some sections and therefore to a limited number of students, the announcement is sent by default to all sections. This is in breach of data protection, because that teacher should not have access to all students.
To respect data protection: Option 1 (the best): when sending to All Sections, it should only be sento to the students of the sections to which that teacher has access. Option 2 (more limited option): for teachers with limited access to some sections, they do not have the option All sections in the Post to field. they must select one of the sections they have access.
