[Assignments] Assign due date to an external URL

I'm using an online OER textbook. I'd like to assign students to read a chapter each week. Right now, I do this by adding a page, typing the information into the page along with a link to the chapter, and then assigning a due date to the page. But, I would like to be able to put the external URL into the module with a due date and short title.  For example,

Read Me: www.bookchapter1.org  due 5/5/2021
