[Assignments] Move multiple assignments between groups together

There needs to be an option to select multiple assignments and move them all at once to a different assignment group. It's absolutely painful to go through one at a time.

Problem statement:

when assignments get "thrown" into Imported Assignments Radial Buttons to Select certain assignments to be moved to other Assignment Groups should be available. Right now you have to individually (click) select, (click) copy/ move, (click) drop down menu, (click) select assignmetn group, (click) select top / bottom. ...before.. (click) complete. FAR TOO CLICK INTENSIVE to move individual assignments one at a time! Since Canvas isn't advanced enough to keep the same Assignment Groups associated with copied assignments from another period / class ... and it defaults to Imported, then this option should be availabe to us.. as this is very very labor intensive and time consuming.

Proposed solution:

Radial Buttons to select certain assignments to move at the same time to another Assignment Group.
