[Assignments] Percent of total grade

Problem statement:

As the teacher, I cannot see what is the percent of total grade of each assignment. My students can see this on their Canvas page.

Proposed solution:

On the modules and assignments pages the teacher view should show us what the percent of the total grade is for each assignment. Example: Comic Book Project is worth 5% of the overall course grade.
