There are cases where we handle a lot of classes containing a lot of students. And during assessment, we assign a certain class or individual on a certain date and time based on their scheduled time and reason. (Some reason might be absences or a group or a learner was pulled out from class during the assessment, so you need to reschedule their assessment some other time ) Since there will be a number of assigned sessions, there are times when we forget the reason why we assigned them during that specific time or period. So, I proposed to have a specific area to include remarks, comments, or a note in the Assign Access Area every time we add access.
The feature of having a remarks, comment, or note area in the Assign Access (every time we assign access) will allow teachers to include a note, to have clear information on why we set a certain group or certain learners, the reason why we gave them certain access. This will help the teacher recall the reason for such access when they review the sessions.
