[Assignments] See all student attempts from submission comment link page

Problem statement:

I've been really encouraging students to use the assignment comments when they have a question about an assignment, and it's such a helpful way to be taken directly to their work to see the question and how they've answered it. As many of my assignment allow students multiple attempts, it would be helpful if I could also see the student's previous attempts from the page that opens when I click the link to the assignment from the email that I receive when a student sends an assignment comment.

Proposed solution:

Show the same dropdown menu as on the SpeedGrader to look at previous attempts from the submission details page that opens when clicking a link created by an assignment comment.

This would be a wonderful improvement to current functionality. I too use student comments on assignments and it would be great to see multiple submissions rather than having to click on the assignment, then speedgrader, then navigate to the student in order to see the submission history.
