Announcements from a Blueprint Course can only be pushed to all of its associated courses at the same time. In some cases we have Blueprint courses with more than 20 associated courses. Occasionally, a piece of information may be relevant to only a subset of these associated courses. Currently, Blueprint Admins have to go to each course individually and make an announcement there.
Allow a blueprint course to select which of its associated courses to push announcements to. This allows for customized central administration via the blueprint course, even with a large number of associated courses.
