[Calendar] Appointment (Scheduler) Reminders

Problem statement:

We would love to have a reminder sent to students on the morning of an appointment. Our music department uses the appointment feature to schedule lessons, but students often forget because they do not get a notification on the day of the appointment. We know that our students live on their phones and if this was a mobile notification that would be ideal. 

Proposed solution:

Add a push notification for calendar appointments to be sent the morning of in the app and on the web version of canvas.

Really like this idea. And this would even be good for adults who like a reminder as well!
