Availability of CD1 or CD2 resources are limited outside of technical documentation on how to download and basics of storing in a database. Would be extremely helpful to provide additional resource son how the data can be used. One example might be learning outcomes, some examples might be how to link all data and apply typical filters. Another would be better statistics on Canvas usage by different roles, courses; while detailed metrics are available from interface would be helpful to leverage CD2 to make more tailored metrics available to sub-accounts for individual departments.
Provide some examples through case studies, models or other customer projects they may be willing to share. It may be available but some of our other SSaS solutions provide a section for customer contributed solutions which have been extremely useful. Additionally webinars on CD2 would be extremely to demonstrate the potential.
