[Canvas Mobile - Student] Immersive Reader in the App

Problem statement:

The majority of our users that use the Canvas Student App on an iPad are students that are in grades Kindergarten thru 2nd grade. Most of these students are developing readers and would benefit from the Immersive Reader to work in Assignments as well as Discussions and New Quizzes.

Proposed solution:

We propose that the Immersive Reader be integrated into the Canvas Student App beyond the Home page, within Assignments, Discussions, and New Quizzes (for New Quizzes - it would be nice for this to be a toggle for an accommodation setting).
