[Canvas Mobile - Teacher] Anonymous Grading in iOS Teacher App

Problem statement:

My teachers would like to grade anonymously in the Canvas iOs Teacher App. Grade anonymously = hide student names to remove bias. This is currently a feature in the Canvas web page, but not a feature in the iOs app.

Proposed solution:

Update the iOs app to allow anonymous grading to remove bias.
