[Catalog] Put subcatalog admins and subcatalogs in alphabetical order

Hi,

Currently, in Canvas Catalog in the subcatalog admin area, there is a random process for how these admins are added and they are not being added in alphabetical order by subcatalog. 

 Also, in a Catalog listing the subcatalogs are not listed in alphabetical order:

Is there a way to have the subcatalog admins subcatalog and the subcatalogs be listed in alphabetical order once they are added to Canvas Catalog? We would love to see this accomplished.
