[Catalog] Put subcatalog admins and subcatalogs in alphabetical order

Hi,

Currently, in Canvas Catalog in the subcatalog admin area, there is a random process for how these admins are added and they are not being added in alphabetical order by subcatalog. 

 Also, in a Catalog listing the subcatalogs are not listed in alphabetical order:

Is there a way to have the subcatalog admins subcatalog and the subcatalogs be listed in alphabetical order once they are added to Canvas Catalog? We would love to see this accomplished.

Ok, @KataKeri but this only mentions subcatalog admins. I see both subcatalog admins and subcatalogs are in alphabetical order. Were there release notes for the subcatalogs?

  The more documentation there is the better since we can refer back to it if necessary.

it was part of the cross-listing feature, we haven't mentioned it in the release notes, because it was a really small change, just an improvement we picked up while we delivered the feature.
In the future I'll do my best to mention these small changes too.

That would be great, @KataKeri. More documentation the better so we can refer to it later on. Do you think this can be accomplished? Would there ever be a chance to have a cadence for release notes like Canvas does?
