[Catalog] Show Canvas-enrolled Courses on Dashboard for Canvas

Hi,

In the Admin Settings area in Canvas or/at the subaccount-level, we would like the ability to toggle between having the choice to have Canvas courses listed on the Dashboard that are associated with term-based courses for the purpose of Canvas Catalog users being less confused when they login they only see their Catalog related courses. This can happen when institutions use a trust instance.

This is the feature that is available in Canvas Catalog.
