[Classic Quizzes] Improve navigation alert - navigating away from attempt

Problem statement:

When navigating away from an open quiz attempt, the navigation alert asks for confirmation... but provides no detail on why this may be important. "Do you want to navigate away from this page" is vastly different to "Your content may not be saved" when asking for confirmation to proceed

Proposed solution:

Please include a short summary of why this alert is important, and the most likely consequences for the student. This will allow them to identify WHY they're being asked to confirm the navigation action.

As our product teams are no longer developing new functionality on the code base for Old (Classic) Quizzes, we've moved this idea to the Will Not Consider Status.
