[Commons] Bulk Remove Course

Problem statement:

Many courses have been published from our district root account into the Canvas Commons that we would no longer like published and available to our staff.

Proposed solution:

Please allow for Canvas admin to bulk remove courses that have been published from the root account to the Commons.
