Course Role Permission

Many of our teachers have additional resources and answer keys that are a part of a course, but unpublished so students cannot view them. When using permissions to create course roles, it is not possible to give a role the ability to view unpublished content without also giving them the ability to edit that content.
The suggested change would be to add the option under the permission "Course Content - add/edit/delete" to either either allow the user to add/edit/delete content OR give the user view only access to all content including unpublished materials. In the manner we could give people in a support role the ability to see additional resources that are unpublished, and they would also be able to view upcoming work the teacher has created but not yet published, without the ability to edit the content the teacher creates.
