[Course Settings] Update the Link Validator to capture more broken media

Problem statement:

There are broken images appearing in courses that are not being caught by the link validator. These have the images in the files, but they are not being displayed in quizzes after being imported.

Proposed solution:

It would be amazing if the link validator could catch these broken images. I am setting up around 80 blueprints, and I don't have time to go through every quiz and assignment to make sure the images are correct. I don't mind replacing the broken images, I just need the link validator or something similar to notify me that they are broken.
