[Courses] Inactive students in groups to be automatically removed after dropped from course

Problem statement:

When a student is in a group and then dropped from the course, there is no way to see you have inactive students in a group, unless you expand each group to look. This is taking up valuable seats in a group. Teachers must manually look for inactive students in groups.

Proposed solution:

Multiple ideas on how to handle: 1. Create some sort of indication or notification to the teacher that a recently dropped student is still listed in a group. Pop out box or alert type upon their next log in. 2.Create a feature that the teacher can use in their course to show them the inactive students and the group they are listed in. 3.In the group screen have a menu option that says remove all inactive students from groups, and the process would automatically remove inactive students. 3.On the People grid, create a notification that has an indicator when the student is in a group.

I agree it would be useful to see if a student is inactive in the Group view.

Currently it is possible to show Inactive students in the Gradebook and what groups the student is in as Secondary information. However, I think it would be convenient to see the inactive status directly in the group view (People > Group Set). Mock-up: https://uppsala.instructure.com/courses/16238/files/4063941/preview
