We have been having issues, whereby the course file storage gets full and no warning comes up. Staff automatically assume, it is bug, or the system is not working right. It will be beneficial to have a simple prompt message letting users know when the file storage is almost at maximum or exactly when they get to maximum capacity.

When an account is full it is impossible to upload or embed images, yet there is no information readily available to indicate that a lack of space is the cause of the error. Students get a "something went wrong, check your connection" message or simply nothing happens resulting in confusion and frustration. Please add a notification that simply states "You don't have enough space to embed more files. Please delete files from your account" and a link to instructions for how to do it.
