[Credentials/Badges] Ability to track more award data

Problem statement:

We would like to see more detailed data/logs about awards such as (and not limited to) whether a notification email has been sent to the earners along with the badge award (tick or yes/no) , who issued the badges (which individual user), date when badges were scheduled to be awarded (if different from the issue date) etc.

Proposed solution:

Feature to export award data in an excel file, which would include details such as the ones listed above.

What types of problems do you currently face by not having easy access to the data (or report)? What would data like this allow you to accomplish at your institution?

The 'Notify Recipient by email' is ticked on by default in the manual award screen, but it is not ticked by default in the bulk award screen which might cause confusion to staff who issue badges in terms of tracking whether they sent out the notification emails. This is particularly important as majority of earners would not be aware of receiving a badge otherwise, it is the only form of communication. 

As we are a large institution, we have multiple staff awarding badges within an Issuer space, as well as across Issuer spaces, I think it would be useful to be able to track who (and when) issued particular badges. Thanks!

Users would benefit from having consistency across the Manual and Bulk award window. Would it be possible to make the ‘Notify Recipients by Email’ box ticked on by default in both places?
