[Credentials/Badges] Markdown Support in Evidence Field

Problem statement:

Currently the "Evidence" field in Canvas Credentials/Badgr Pro does not support Markdown. This causes evidence to be jumbled and unorganized for the viewer (recipient and 3rd parties viewing the recipient's badge).

Proposed solution:

Allowing Markdown helps break down the topics of evidence as well as identifying key terms for the recipient to see.
