[Dashboard] Bulk-Actions for Moving and Favoriting

Problem statement:

It is currently not possible to move or remove several courses at once. This is a tedious process, particularly at the beginning and end of the semester.

Proposed solution:

A bulk action is required so that: -additional information can be entered for several courses at the same time -multiple courses can be moved at the same time (to the first or top position) -several courses can be deactivated as favourites at the same time
