[Dashboard] Folders to organize tiles

Problem statement:

My dashboard has so many tiles and it's very overwhelming to try to find what I need, despite my efforts (renaming, sorting, color-overlay, and images).

Proposed solution:

It would be ideal to have the option to create folders to organize tiles on my dashboard (i.e.: ECP6705, Summer 2025, Training, etc.). Similar to how you can group apps on your phone into individual folders.
