[Dashboard] Tooltip for Icons on Dashboard

Hello! This is a student here with a small suggestion to add tooltips for the row of icons on the top of the Dashboard in ListView. This would be a small improvement but would allow the icons to be most effective.

Thanks for sharing this idea, @michael1439273 . We've moved it forward for broader conversation. Would you please click on the three dots at the upper right to go into edit mode, and then remove the aug17 tag from the idea? Our community team uses specific date tags to track ideas.
