[Direct Share] Copying Assignments to Multiple Classes

There needs to be a way to copy assignments to multiple courses instead of one at a time. It is time-consuming for teachers. Going to Commons is time-consuming as well. We should be able to create an assignment in a course and then move to all the others.

Problem statement:

Teachers would like the option to copy to all courses at one time. Rather copying to each course individually.

Proposed solution:

Offer a copy to all courses option or a way to select multiple courses at one time. This would allow for less clicks and save time.

Problem statement:

When teachers create assignments in their course (not a blueprint course) and they want to copy to another course section, they have to copy to the other course one section at a time.

Proposed solution:

Enable or create a feature that allows the teacher to copy assignments to multiple class sections at the same time as opposed to one at a time. This will save a significant amount of time for teachers thus allowing them to utilize that time on instruction.

Problem statement:

For middle and high school: We teach at least 4-5 classes/bells. Can you create an easier way to add an assignment to all classes at once? For instance, now we have to add the assignment to one course and then "send to" each of the others. Is it possible to have a list of the courses and then check the boxes (like Schoology) for the courses we want the assignment to go to? Canvas is wonderful but it is very time consuming to do one task and a lot of clicking!!! Thanks, Cheryl Starr
