[Discussions] Group Discussions Reply to all Groups needed for teachers

When I am using Discussions with Groups, I cannot make a "reply" that goes to all student groups. I would love it if an option would appear for me, the teacher, to do so, so that I could start groups off with questions for discussion if I so choose -- perhaps a few different ones that would start threaded discussions on all groups. Thank-you!
