[Discussions] Reassign Option

Problem statement:

In Canvas I can reassign regular assignments, but I was hoping there is a way to have a reassign feature in Discussions. What happens is the students forget to post their replies to classmates, and I have to ask them to just email me after they make the updates to their discussion. It would be nice to get a new notice when they add to their discussions.

Proposed solution:

Have the ability for Teachers to "Reassign" a discussion to students if they have not fulfilled all the requirements
