[Discussions] Set your own default view

Problem statement:

We would like to see an option for setting your own view of the discussions redesign. Right now you have to change it for each discussion and whenever you enter that discussion. This is not good for a good discussion for students and faculty to have to do this extra step.

Proposed solution:

Have somewhere that you can select your view - inline, threader, split screen, etc. - as the default individual view.
