[Discussions] Word Count Parameters (Minimum-Maximum)

Problem statement:

Could we get the ability to set the word limit  (minimum and maximum word count) for discussion posts?

Proposed solution:

There is already something similar to this option that is available for the Essay question type on the quizzes. It would be great to have the option to enable those parameters on discussion posts as well.
