[DocViewer] Undo/Redo Options on the Annotation toolbar

Problem statement:

When an online submission requires student annotations, students might find the highlighter and pen getting away from them. Many of my students have accidentally selected all the text and highlighted it before they know what is happening.. Finding the trash can above the annotation is an option for removing it, but it can be difficult to locate and requires multiple steps to remove the unwanted marks.

Proposed solution:

Please add Undo/Redo to the annotation toolbar. A click of the button and the error is undone.
