[Enrollments] Correctly display a combination of enrollments active/inactive for one student on a course

Problem statement:

Canvas UI doesn’t display correctly a combination of enrolments active/inactive for one student on a course.

UI expects all enrolment to be active or inactive for each student in a course (if you try to “Deactivate user” from Course People screen, all sections are inactivated).

This may cause confusion for teachers when checking student records, as it's not clear the status of each section.

As enrolments.csv and APIs allow a combination of different status for a student against multiple sections in a course, the UI must be able to present this data correctly.

Proposed solution:

Fix the UI, so that the status of each enrolment is presented to the user.

Examples:

User TEST1 is inactive in SEC1,SEC2 and active in SEC3,SEC4 - as you can see this is not visible in the UI.
