Entering Grades for Muted Assignments (pop up)

An instructor brought to our attention that when entering grades manually in the gradebook, for muted assignments a notification appears. This notification cannot be removed and can get in the way when trying to enter in grades. I've attached a screenshot of the notification and also a screencast illustrating this issue.
In the video, it shows that when this notification appears, sometimes it caused multiple notifications to appear. Or, the notification will cover the cell of an above student, and if you try to access that cell you can accidentally click on the blue icon instead.
For this instructor, we provided the workaround of going into SpeedGrader to enter in grades. This way you can easily navigate through the students and enter in grades without that notification appearing.
In the gradebook, it may be easier if this "Assignment Muted" notification appeared at the top by the assignment name cell or allowed you to "X" it to close the notification.
