[External Tools] Export Khanmigo to New Quizzes

Problem statement:

Currently, the only export options when creating a multiple choice Khanmigo quiz is Word, PDF, or Google Drive. There is also the options to copy a shared link with the results. Users then have to copy/paste the results line by line into a quiz.

Proposed solution:

I would love to have one of the export options in Khanmigo be to either an Item Bank and/or to a New Quiz.
