[Global Navigation] Simplify Sections Added to Course List

Problem statement:

Upon some testing in Beta today, we noticed a couple of issues when acting as a student (Canvas Deploy Notes (2024-08-14😞

1. The course tray can get extremely cluttered and confusing as our institution labels sections (that can be long) in a format that may not mean much to our students.
2. Some of the students' courses have the "Hide sections on the People page from students" enabled. This new feature would display "Hidden" sections to the student, albeit not able to see other fellow students' sections.

Proposed solution:

Due to the reasons above, this new feature should be an optional one (On/Off).
