[Gradebook] Ability to Add a Text Column

Problem statement:

A text column in the gradebook would be helpful for Teachers who wish to calculate their more intricate grading systems outside of Canvas and then enter "A, B, C, or D." This text column would display to students but not affect the total score. A Text column would also be helpful for courses that use a pass/fail system where entering a "P or F" is needed. Our university's prior LMS had a text column option within the grade center.

Proposed solution:

Teachers with a more intricate grading than the standard weighting each assignment group or those teachers who use a non-point value grading system such as pass/fail.
