For governance and reporting purposes, it is often necessary to extract specific data on students’ assessments and outcomes from the Canvas Gradebook history. Currently, Gradebook history data can only be shared by saving the history window as a PDF or screenshot and the data displayed is only for active students.
Gradebook history should have the functionality to export and/or download data as a report and/or CSV file. Upon download an additional column should be included to identify the course code. In addition, the Gradebook history should allow for filtering of concluded and inactive students.
