[Gradebook] Allow teachers to preview submitted work by hovering over the submission in the gradebook

I would like the ability to quickly access completion of formative assignments and quizzes, similar to walking around the classroom and glancing at the students work. It is burdensome to open each assignment in speedgrader just to check that the student turned in the correct assignment.

I use quizzes for formative assignments frequently so the students can access the correct answers immediately after submission. It would be nice to be able to quickly glance to make sure they are, in fact, answering themselves before submitting 🙂

Alternately, you could allow us to select a student and see several of his/her assignments at once on the screen.

LOVE this one!  sometimes I just need to see the paper to be able to grade it, and if I could do that within the gradebook without going to the speedgrader, it would be faster by far!
