[Gradebook] Calculate score based on all assignments

Problem statement:

In a gradebook, the students have an option of seeing their final grade that is “calculated only on graded assignments” (i.e., already submitted). However, if the students UNCHECK this option, they are able to see their final grade based on ALL assignments (i.e., submitted and not submitted). I as an instructor, I have only one option – to see the students’ final grade “calculated only on graded assignments”.

Proposed solution:

To add the same option for instructors so that we could see the students’ grades calculated on all assignments.
