[Gradebook] Comment icon beside scores

Problem statement:

When viewing the entire gradebook, I would really like it if there was a comment icon visible next to an assignment's score in the Gradebook, similar to how it appears after clicking on each student's individual name and viewing their specific grades. This would make report cards SO much more efficient.

Proposed solution:

When viewing the entire class as a whole in the gradebook, a comment icon would be visible next to an assignment's score.

Problem statement:

In the gradebook, assignments with an "Assignment Icon" have the grade hidden, requiring the user to click on the icon to see the grade. Additional problem: Manually typing in a grade in the grade book does not consistently cause the assignment icon to disappear. Ex Scenario 1: Students scores 5 points on their first submission of an assignment and then re-submits a revision. Currently, the assignment icon will appear, hiding their 5 point grade unless the icon is clicked.

Proposed solution:

The grade for an assignment should be visible at the same time as the assignment icon so it is possible to tell quickly if it is blank, zero, or otherwise. Assignment icon should appear more consistently, or should be possible to be manually tagged.
