[Gradebook] Consolidation of settings

Problem statement:

Currently, the relevant settings for the gradebook can be found under "Assignments", "Settings" and "Gradebook". This leads to a certain lack of clarity.

Proposed solution:

A consolidation of the central settings for the gradebook directly in the gradebook itself would be beneficial. Such settings could include:

• The course grading scheme
• The hide/ show grade-related information (e.g., grade distribution graphs)
• The group assignments
• The assignments group weight
• The option to ignore specific scores
