[Gradebook] Grade on HOLD

On Canvas on the right-side bar that appears when an assignment is clicked, there are the colored options like None, Late, Missing, and Excused. We also need the option of "Hold." Oftentimes I need to put a grade on "hold" for a student. For example, I tell the student I can't grade their essay until they add a works cited or fix some other issue. The "hold" option would help us visually remember and follow-up on such assignments.
